LEFT PACK OFF LIGHT AND EICAS MESSAGE DO NOT ILLUMINATE WITH PACK SELECTED OFF.  FOUND CONNECTOR PLUG LOOSE ON LEFT PACK FLOW CONTROL VALVE. OPS CHECKED OK IAW AMM 21-51-00.
