ENGINE FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE ACTUATOR AT LT WING TANK, BONDING HIGH RESISTANCE.  THE BONDING WAS REMOVED CLEANED REINSTALLED CHECKED AND FOUND OK IAW MM 20-41-00
