DURING TAXI IN,  NOTICED A BURNING ODOR, OZONE TYPE.  REMOVED THE RT FMC CDU, FOUND A SLIGHT SMOKEY ODOR.   R & R THE RT CDU IAW AMM 34-61-02. OPS CHECKED NORMAL.
