LEFT AIR CONDITIONER BAY HEAT EXCHANGER PRIMARY AND SECONDARY LOWER BRACKET BONDING JUMPERS FOUND FRAYED.  THE BONDING JUMPERS WERE REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW AMM 20-11-00, REV 121.
