## Discrepancy

DURING A TEST, THE LT PRV FAILED,  TROUBLESHOT IAW WDM 36-11-61. FOUND WIRE W3312-007-18 BROKEN OFF AT TERMINAL.  REPLACED THE TERMINAL TO WIRE STUD.
