## Discrepancy

REFUELING PANEL FILL VALVES WILL NOT OPEN UNLESS THE OVERFILL RESET SWITCH IS HELD. REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT TANK O/B FUELING SHUT OFF VALVE. OPS CHECK NORMAL IAW AMM 28-21-00.
