NR 2 ENGINE RT NACELLE PANEL, FWD HOLD OPEN ROD LOCK RELEASE COLLAR WILL NOT RELEASE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE 2 ENGINE FORWARD HOLD OPEN ROD.
