RT ENG SPAR VLV LIGHT DID NOT COME ON DURING ENGINE START. REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE ACTUATOR IAW AMM 28-22-11. OPS CHECK NORMAL.
