APU BLEED PRESS LOW. TROUBLE SHOOT PER FIM 49-11 FT 979, FOUND EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF BLEED AIR LEAKING FROM SURGE VALVE. REPOSITIONED AND SECURED CLAMPS, OPS CHECK GOOD.
