APU SHUT DOWN AT ROZ FOR T/S OF PACK AIRFLOW PROBLEM. APU WOULD NOT RESTART, NO PWR TO ECU. REMOVED AND REPLACED APU IGV ACTUATOR IAW AMM 49-52-02, OPS TEST GOOD.
