APU INOP.  FOUND C/B POPPING WHEN TRYING TO OPERATE APU, PER FIM 49-11 FT 988.  REMOVED AND REPLACED APU INLET DOOR ACTUATOR IAW AMM 49-15-06-004. OPS CHECK GOOD.
