DURING CRUISE, AT FLT 350, MASTER CAUTION.  R STARTER CUTOUT FOLLOWED BY R ENG STARTER ADVISORY MESSAGE DISPLAYED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED R ENGINE START VALVE IAW AMM 80-11-02. OPS CHECK NORMAL.
