ON ARRIVAL, APU DID NOT START.  PERFORMED A BITE, NO FAULTS NOTED.  APU OIL QTY SHOWED ZERO.  AFTER RESET APU OIL SHOWED FULL.  STARTED NORMAL IAW AMM 45-41-00.
