COCKPIT 1ST OBS MASK HARNESS NO INFLATE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED 1ST OBS MASK PER AMM 35-11-51 AND PERFORMED SYSTEM TEST AMM 35-51-00. OPS CHECK GOOD.
