CAPTAIN`S EADI AND EHSI BLANKED,  FOLLOWED BY THE ODOR OF BURNING.  ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, OXYGEN MASKS WERE ON AND EMERGENCY DECLARED.  DISINFECTED AND RESTOWED THE OXYGEN MASKS IAW B767 AMM 35-11-51.
