## Discrepancy

UPON STARTING RIGHT ENGINE, ENGINE APPEARED TO START NORMALLY BUT FUEL FLOW STAYED AT ZERO.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RT ENGINE DUAL SHUTOFF VALVE ACTUATOR IAW AMM 28-22-11, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
