PROBE HEAT AFTER ENGINE START.  PERFORMED FIM 30-31-FT-807.  FOUND SPEED CARD BAD.  REMOVED AND REPLACED SPEED CARD, IAW M/M 73-21-54.  OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD.
