DURING PREFLIGHT CHECK PORTABLE FLASHLIGHT HOLDER DOES NOT TEST WITH TEST BUTTON BY L1 DOOR.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FLASHLIGHT EMERGENCY ASSY IAW AMM 25-64-01. OPS CHK GOOD.
