LOWER EXHAUST PANEL MISSING ON THE #3 ENG INLET COWL,  IAW AMM 05-51-58 PARTS DEPART THE AIRPLANE INSPECTED, NO ADDITIONAL DAMAGE FOUND.  PERFORM EA-1971A256 PER NON-MEL 247237 & 247238 (SEE NEXT LP FOR DEFERRAL). TRANSFER TO DMI 247232 IAW MEL 30-21-01A CAT C DUE NEXT STATION. LP 2139755 M3 & M4: TRANSFER TO NON-MEL 247237 & 247238.  LP 2139757 M5: REACTIVATED NR 3 ENG ANTI-ICE VALVE DUE TO #3 ENG INLET COWL PRESSURE RELIEF VENT R & R IAW AMM 30-21-07. OPS CHKD OK. LP 2139760 M11: INSTALLED NR 3 INLET COWL PRESSURE RELIEF DOOR IAW AMM 71-11-03 & EA 1971A256. NON-MEL 247237 & 247238 CLOSED.
