## Discrepancy

UPON SETTING TAKEOFF THRUST, ENGINE 4 DID NOT SPOOL UP.  FOLLOWED FIM 71-00 TO BLOCK 43, ENGINE OPERATED NORMAL, NO DAMAGE FOUND TO ABRADABLE SHROUD OR FAN BLADES. C/W MPA AND ACCELERATION ENGINE RUN IAW AMM 71-00-00. OPS CHECK GOOD.
