EQUIPMENT COOLING EICAS MESSAGE IN FLIGHT.  REPLACED FLIGHT DECK LOW FLOW DETECTOR & OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 21-58-02/201. REMOVED AND REPLACED FLIGHT DECK FLOW REGULATOR VALVE & OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 21-61-09/501.  DURING TROUBLESHOOTING, FOUND FOD INSIDE COOLING DUCT. FOD REMOVED. FOUND FWD E/E COOLING FAN BOOT CLAMP LEAKING AIR. RESECURED CLAMP & LEAK CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 21-58-01.  PERFORMED GROUND TEST OF E/E COOLING SYSTEM & OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 21-58-02/201.
