SUSPECTED HARD LANDING.  PERFORMED PHASE 1A INSP PER AMM 05-51-05-222-081. DURING INSP, FOUND LH FLAP DAMAGE AT MIDDLE OF FOREFLAP LEVEL. SUBSEQUENT DAMAGE TO THE MID FLAP TRACK AND FUSELAGE OF LH TRAILING EDGE MIDFLAP.</P>)
