FERRIED FLIGHT REQ FOR #2 ENG COMPRESSOR STALL. 3 ENGINES FERRY FLIGHT READY. R & R NR 2 ENG PER AMM 71-00-02-004-091-D00 & 71-00-02-404-095-D00. OPS & LEAK CHK OK.
