## Discrepancy

LEFT ENG INDICATIONS ERRATIC, STABLE AT IDLE, FOLLOWED BY A HIGH SURGE TO OVER 100N, THEN WE SHUT THE LT ENGINE DOWN.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LT ENG EEC IAW AMM 73-21-15, P/N OFF 1870M33P14 & S/N OFF EC007065. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LT ENG HMU IAW B767 73-21-14. OPS & LEAK CHKD OK.
