GEAR DISAGREE MESSAGE. LANDING GEAR LEVER WOULD NOT GO UP AFTER T/O. LANDING GEAR STAYED IN DOWN POSITION. RETURNED TO AIRPORT. : TRANSFER TO DMI 257550 PER MEL 32-30-01 CAT C.  LANDING GEAR CONTROL MODULE WAS REPLACED. OPS CHECK PERFORMED. OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 32-31-01. THIS CLEARS DMI 257550, PLACARD REMOVED.
