INSPECTION TYPE:AS NR 5 SLAT CRACKED OUTBOARD OF FENCE JUST OUTBOARD OF UPSTOP.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 5 SLAT PER MM 27-81-11, RIG AND OPS CHECK GOOD.
