INSPECTION TYPE:MX FWD LOWER CARGO COMPARTMENT AFT END VERTICAL RESTRAINT ATTACH STRUCTURE LOCATED FAR LEFT SIDE IS CRACKED ON I/B UPPER LEG OF FRAME BOTTOM SIDE.  REMOVED CRACKED RESTRAINT FITTING IAW SRM 51-30-02.  INSTALLED NEW RESTRAINT FITTING IAW SRM 51-30-02.
