BS 1200 LBL 78 TIE DOWN FTG FLANGE FOUND CORRODED.  CORROSION BLEND OUT 0.037" BY 3/4" BY 1" EXCEED SRM LIMIT.  TIE DOWN FTG REPLACED AS PER MM 53-42-00.
