EMERGENCY LIGHTS ABOVE CREW STAIRS INOP.  REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT ASSEMBLY AT SPIRAL STAIRWELL REF UPS 747 M/M CHAP 33-51-04.  OPS CHECKED OK.
