RT WING UPPER INBD FIXED TRAILING EDGE PANEL DELAMINATED.   REMOVED DISBONDED, DAMAGED SKIN FROM LEADING EDGE ACROSS PANEL TO LWR EDGE IAW 51-40-20. FABRICATED SKIN FILLER. REPLACED PANEL WITH SERVICEABLE PANEL.
