BS 727E + 6 JUST ABOVE S-25R CRACKED.  FABRICATED AND INSTALLED DOUBLER, TRIPLER AND FILLER IAW SRM 53-00-01 REPAIR 31, DEFECT SIZE: 3 INCHES.
