## Discrepancy

PHX - THE FORWARD FLIGHT ATTENDANT FLASHLIGHT WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FORWARD FLIGHT ATTENDANT FLASHLIGHT BATTERY.
