MAINTENANCE REPORTED SEAT ROWS 6 THRU 9 EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED PICO FUSE IN EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY.  OPS CHECKS OK.
