## Discrepancy

ON TAXI OUT, FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED AFT GALLEY CARTS ALL HOT TO THE TOUCH AND AN ELECTRICAL SMELL.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE GATE.  MAINTENANCE FOUND CHILLER EXHAUST DUCT IMPROPERLY ROUTED - RE-ROUTED DUCT.
