## Discrepancy

NR 3 TIRE BLEW OUT DURING TAKE OFF.  DAMAGE TO INBD FLAP.  REPLACED NR 3 AND 4 TIRES, INSPECTED DAMAGED FLAP, OK FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.
