PASSENGER REPORTED PUFF OF SMOKE FROM TOP OF THE VIDEO SCREEN AT SEAT 23C.  VIDEO SCREEN SEEMS TO OPERATE NORMALLY.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED MONITOR AT 23C.
