MAINTENANCE FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT SEAT ROW 14 AND 22 INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED LAMPS AND REPAIRED WIRING AT SEAT ROW 14 IAW SWPM 20-10-13. OPS CHECKED OK.
