PASSENGER REPORTED SMELLING SMOKE FROM VIDEO AT 15G.  INSPECTED SEAT CABLES FOR DAMAGE SEAT 15G, NO FAULTS FOUND.  REPLACED 15G VIDEO MONITOR, SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
