PHL THREE AFT LT EMERGENCY GND ILLUMINATION LIGHTS DID NOT COME ON DURING TEST.  R & R EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY BATTERY CHARGER AT M738 POSITION.  OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
