DURING CLIMB OUT HAD ECAM NR 3 ADIRU FAULT.  RETURNED TO PHL FOR PRECAUTIONARY LANDING.  LANDED IN DIRECT LAW WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED NR 3 ADIRU IAW AMM 32-12-34-000-001A.
