REPLACED WINDOW HEAT CONTROLLER AS A PRECAUTION, OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.  VENDOR SHOP FINDINGS, WINDOW HEAT CONTROL UNIT, NO FAULTS FOUND.  WINDSHIELD WINDOW PANEL'S HEATER IS INOPERATIVE, OUTER PANE CRACKED, WINDOW IS NOT REPAIRABLE.
