UPPER EMER EXIT PANEL ON FLIGHT DECK DOOR IS MISSING THE LT PIN SO IT CANNOT BE OPENED.  KNOB WAS MISSING FROM PIN, INSTALLED KNOB ON PIN ON UPPER EXIT PANEL ON FLIGHT DECK DOOR.
