CLT - FLT 192 - SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, CREW RECEIVED THE EICAS MESSAGE ''R ENG FUEL FILTER.''  FLIGHT RETURNED TO CLT AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FUEL FILTER AN FUEL FILTER DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SWITCH.  (M)
