ATL-PIT - FLT 545 - FULL BRAKE PEDAL APPLICATION REQUIRED TO RECEIVE MINIMAL BRAKING ACTION.  MAINTENANCE BLED THE BRAKES AND ADJUSTED THE RIGHT NORMAL BRAKE CONTROL VALVE.  TAXI CHECKS OK.  (M)
