## Discrepancy

PIT - DURING A SCHEDULED SLIDE CHANGE, FOUND THE SLIDE TO BE REMOVED DID NOT HAVE THE SLIDE GIRT ATTACHED TO THE GIRT BAR, ALTHOUGH THE FIRING CABLE WAS STILL ATTACHED.  MAINTENANCE COMPLETED THE SLIDE CHANGE.  (M)
