## Discrepancy

PIT - FLT 946 - TAIL ANTI-ICE FAILED REPEATEDLY ON CLIMB-OUT.  FLIGHT RETURNED TO PIT AND LANDED WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE TAIL ANTI-ICE VALVE.  (X)
