## Discrepancy

CLT - FLT 1138 - AFTER TAKEOFF FROM CLT, CREW NOTED A FLAP DISAGREEMENT.  FLIGHT RETURNED TO CLT AND LANDED WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 4 FLAP SYNCHRONIZER.  (X)
