PIT - FLT 682 - AFTER TAKEOFF AND REACHING 8,000 FEET, CREW WAS UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE AIRCRAFT.  FLIGHT RETURNED TO PIT AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE REPOSITIONED/SECURED LEFT AIR CONDITIONING ACCESS DOOR.
