## Discrepancy

DURING AN ANNUAL EMERGENCY SLIDE OPERATIONAL CHECK, THE FORWARD SERVICE DOOR EMERGENCY SLIDE LIGHTS DID NOT ILLUMINATE WHEN SLIDE WAS DEPLOYED.  THE SLIDE DID DEPLOY NORMALLY, HOWEVER, NONE OF THE SLIDE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED.  (M)
