## Discrepancy

MCI - THE EMERGENCY LIGHT ARMING SWITCH WOULD NOT SWITCH TO THE DISARM POSITION.  THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WOULD ACTIVATE WHEN NORMAL POWER IS REMOVED.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE GENERAL SWITCH PANEL NR 2 (EMERGENCY LIGHT, APU START, WINDSHIELD WIPER PANEL).  (M)
